We’re so excited to welcome back the lovely Liv from Saddleworth Birthing Co. She’s back at THE NOOK with her hypnobirthing group course.
We are keeping this course intentionally small - just 3-4 couples - so it's cosy, relaxed and there's plenty of time for questions, discussion and individual support.
Whether you're hoping for a spontaneous birth, induction or caesarean birth, this course is designed to help you understand birth and your body... make informed choices and approach meeting your baby feeling calm and confident.
