Alongside her role as a high school science teacher, Nikki is also qualified in Master/Teacher level traditional Usui Reiki; Level 1, Level 2 and a Master/Teacher Crystal Reiki; Indian Head Massage; Kundalini Yoga and Sound Therapy.
So trust us - you’re in good healing hands!
She will lead the class through a gentle introductory sound bath. There will then be plenty of time for free play at The Nook, with the opportunity for caregivers to catch up in our lovely café.
There is no strict age limit on these sessions, if you think you and your little one will enjoy it, please come along.
